Fish Tacos

This is one of my easiest go-to meals after a busy day at work. Just grill some mahi-mahi with a little salt, pepper, lemon zest and chili. Heat up some corn tortillas and spread with aioli (mayo, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt and pepper, sometimes I add fresh chili). Top with the fish, some arugula, lots of cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
I made an avocado salad to go with it; sliced avocados tossed in a little olive oil, orange and lemon juice, fresh chopped mint and cilantro and tons of salt. Super tasty and healthy and great with a glass of citrusy sauvignon blanc.

  1. That recipe sounds deliciously yummy! Too bad I have a silly BF who hates mayonnaise. I mean, really!? what kind of nonsense is that?!

  2. umm looks sooo good!

  5. mm. I've been looking to start cooking, now that my scarily busy term is over. Not to mention, fish tacos are what I always order at seafood restaurants :)
