Fish Tacos

This is one of my easiest go-to meals after a busy day at work. Just grill some mahi-mahi with a little salt, pepper, lemon zest and chili. Heat up some corn tortillas and spread with aioli (mayo, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt and pepper, sometimes I add fresh chili). Top with the fish, some arugula, lots of cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
I made an avocado salad to go with it; sliced avocados tossed in a little olive oil, orange and lemon juice, fresh chopped mint and cilantro and tons of salt. Super tasty and healthy and great with a glass of citrusy sauvignon blanc.

  1. That recipe sounds deliciously yummy! Too bad I have a silly BF who hates mayonnaise. I mean, really!? what kind of nonsense is that?!

  4. mm. I've been looking to start cooking, now that my scarily busy term is over. Not to mention, fish tacos are what I always order at seafood restaurants :)
